• Weekly/fortnightly check ins via training app.
• Customized macros/diet suited to you and your fitness goals.
• Training plan and cardio based on you and your needs/goals.
• Regular adjustments to plan/food when desired.
• Supplementation advice and recommendations.
• 24/7 access to me to ask any questions
COMP/PHOTOSHOOT PREP
• A highly specific approach to diet changes
• Frequent diet adjustments, even mid-week
• Implementation of cardio-based regimes tailored to your needs
• Regular adjustments to supplementation
• Multiple check-ins per week closer to the contest date
• A specific peak week and show day plan
• The possibility of attending shows when they are nearby and, if needed, out of state.
TRAINING/NUTRITION PROGRAMS
• Once off Nutrition or Training Program suited to your personal goals
• Access to support from me and guidance where needed
• Option to reassess at 8 weeks in and direction for a new program option
